We understand how unpredictable life can be, and there will undoubtedly be missed appointments. However, we ask that you respect our stylists' schedules. 

 

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you! 

 

When you no-show an appointment three people lose:

(1) You no longer receive service 

(2) Other clients are unable to receive service 
(3) The stylist loses valuable time/money

We ask that you inform the salon of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify the salon in a timely manner may result in a 50-100% charge. Emergency situations may be discussed with your stylist. '
